All of our chocolate boxes are well packed and padded to ensure our product arrives at your doorstep in the same excellent condition it left our kitchen.
Although we use insulated boxes, we refrain from shipping website orders during the hot summer months of June to September. Should you have a special request in this regards, please contact us at 604-924-1847.
Our shipping method is Fedex.
We do not ship outside of North America.
Within Canada, we ship on a 2-day service, or if you wish, Fedex ground (only during the colder months from October to April). Please indicate. In the Vancouver area, we will use a local courier service. Within the US, our shipping method is international economy (2-3 days). Please refer to the table above for approximate shipping and handling fees (these are based on a 2-day service). For US orders, they will be shipped out at the beginning of the week (every Tuesday for Thursday arrival).
Please provide a street address as we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information is provided. We will not be responsible for errors in the information provided to us.
Note:
Within Canada, orders received before 11am PST on Tuesdays will be shipped via 2-day delivery on the following day. Orders placed after Tuesday 11am PST will be processed the following week. Within the US, all orders must be placed before 10am PST on Tuesdays to ensure Fedex International Economy (2-3 days) delivery. Orders received after Tuesday 10am PST will be processed the following week. If you require the order outside of these delivery times, please call us at 604-924-1847.
Refund Policy:
At Thomas Haas Chocolates, all of our merchandise are carefully packaged and we stand behind its quality. If something you have purchased from us is damaged, please contact us and return it to us immediately after receiving it and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you as long as the product is unopened. Due to the special nature of our product, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or any circumstances beyond our control.
If Fedex attempts delivery and fails to locate someone to receive the product, we are not held responsible for replacing or refunding those items. Please note all pricing is subject to change.
