A patisserie or café is to us as pastry chefs like an art gallery is to an artist.

In April 2005 our dream came true when we opened our Patisserie-Chocolate and Café, beautifully located on Harbourside Drive here on the North Shore of Vancouver.

Our Patisserie offers everything from a wide variety of Desserts, Sandwiches, and Breakfast Pastries to our award-winning selection of handmade chocolates and confections. On our Café you can sit and enjoy award-winning lattes and espressos while you peek through the portholes and see our chocolatiers and pastry chefs at work.
